Our teachers creatively work to offer the Waldorf curriculum in a way that meets a range of ages and developmental needs within one classroom. Specialty subjects include Spanish, music, handwork, farm projects, and games.

Tuition Costs

Grade School Annual Tuition: $8,908 plus supply fee   *

*Grades 1–5 supplies fee $250 annually
*Grades 6–8 supplies fee $275 annually

New Student Registration Fee

New student registration $50 (one-time fee per family)

* These fees are in addition to the annual tuition amount. The registration fee is non-refundable. Miscellaneous fees for special trips, musical instruments, etc., will be assessed as they arise.

Parent Participation

The school depends upon volunteer effort in the areas of fund-raising and school activities. Each family is required to annually contribute 24 hours of service to school activities. Participation also involves financial contributions to the Annual Giving Fund as families are able, and each family is asked for a commitment of time during one or more of the school festivals or programs.

Sibling Discounts

The first sibling of an enrolled student is eligible for a 20% discount on tuition costs, the second sibling, a 30% discount, and the third sibling, a 40% discount.

Aftercare – Ages 5 and up

Aftercare may be discussed on a circumstantial basis. If enough families are interested and in need of aftercare for ages 5 and up then accommodations may be made and an hourly rate applied.

Adjusted Tuition Program

Sunfield Waldorf School is committed to providing a program that is accessible to all who would like to attend. Tuition adjustment is available to families of children in our grade school and is based on need. Please contact the office for a tuition adjustment application if interested.
